Bergamo Airport Terminal
Bergamo Airport is one of the international airports serving Milan and Bergamo area. It is, in fact, the third busiest one in Italy.
BGY Airport consists of a single passenger Terminal and two runways, able to host over 11 million passengers.
It serves both domestic and international flights of regular and low-cost airlines, being a hub for Ryanair, to Europe and some destinations in North Africa.
Levels
The Terminal at Bergamo Airport is split into a couple of levels as follows:
Ground level
The Ground level at Bergamo Airport is for both Arrivals and check-in. Note that check-in facilities can be found on the left and the security check on the right.
The baggage claim area is located beyond the check-in facilities.
The Arrivals area counts with three access points which belongs to Schengen flights, non-Schenge flights and high-risk flights.
Find few concessions and restaurants.
Upper level
The Upper level is for Departures. Find access to boarding gates 1 to 7 and 8 to 11 (11 in total).
Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, VIP lounges, which are located next to the security checks and the shopping area of boarding gates.

Landside VIP Lounge: Open from 04:30 am to 10:00 pm. Services: Air Conditioned, Fax, Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines.
HelloSky Milan Bergamo: Open from 06:30 am to 09:30 pm. Services: Internet, snacks, drinks, magazines and newspapers, TV, air conditioned.
